14% national swing is the exact kind of shit that starts knocking over reach senate seats like dominoes
14% swing from 2024 when all is said and done? Pretty good considering just how high-profile the race became in the last week

Turnout is currently *93%* of 2022, and it's also a 14% swing from 2022 despite similar turnout levels

No one shld lose sight of the fact that the Guard was only in DC as part of an extended political messaging stunt. The shooter is guilty for the attacks/carnage. Donald Trump is responsible for them. This is the collateral damage of Trump abusing his powers as President.

Place National Guard in harm’s way for no good reason. Two members are tragically and unnecessarily shot. The reckless regime’s response: We’re sending 500 more National Guard troops! What a disgrace.

Tonight in 1983, more than 100 million Americans saw multiple thermonuclear weapons destroy Kansas City, Missouri, in “The Day After” on ABC. A.C. Nielsen Company reported that 62 percent of television sets that night were tuned to the film. I watched in my packed college dorm lounge. How about you?

This is what the Nazis did.

They blamed the Jews for everything to make them the enemy of the people.

It allowed them to commit atrocities.

Undocumented immigrants are not the reason for any of these problems, they’re a scapegoat.

Just a reminder that Valve Corporation, which runs Steam, has donated exclusively to Democratic candidates and the Democratic Party in federal elections for 2020, 2022, and 2024. It's one of the few tech companies still aligned with morality. They deserve credit for standing with democracy.

I will be voting no on the proposed continuing resolution in the U.S. House.

Republican leaders have turned their backs on Americans facing rising health care costs and refuse to address the affordability crisis their own policies created.

There were eight votes here. King isnt a Democrat, Fetterman is Fetterman. Add four “small tight states with razor thin margins” Senators who don’t need a leadership push on this, and you’re left with Kaine and Durbin. IMO the only coordination here was Durbin covering for Warner.
The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.

Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.
so currently defectors are:

Kaine (2030)
Shaheen (Retiring)
Hasan (2028)
Fetterman (2028)
Durbin (Retiring)
CCM (2028)
Rosen (2030)
King (2030)

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.
