I mean, what with all Trump’s tariff nonsense, it might still be cheaper ordering directly from Fans Hobby, or The Chosen Prime.

We might get less anti vaxers if we made it a habit of giving a simplified explanation (that vaccines are blueprints or wanted posters for the immune system). Using medical explanations just bounces off some, and sometimes the simple explanation is best.

So many similarities to GOP candidate Nixon dispatching Kissinger to sabotage LBJ's Vietnam talks, initiating a horrendous Cambodian bombing campaign after winning the 1968 election - only to sign essentially the same deal in 1973 that LBJ had put together 5 years earlier.

I dunno, that shark looks exactly like the one from the YouTube game. The one where it’s got unlimited spears to throw

Or the simplest version. All vax are a wanted poster for your immune system. The flu & COVID are ones that mutate, so you still might get sick. Just not nearly as sick without it. The immune system doesn’t prevent you from getting sick, just deals w viruses once you do, so a blueprint/poster helps

Esperanto isn’t poised to replace any country’s language anytime soon. Which was the entire point. And I doubt there’s many cases where Esperanto was the person’s first language. So Esperanto didn’t change things as was its intention.

@iron-apostle.bsky.social So how many Arctic Hiss tanks are you getting? (Apparently Hasbro Pulse will be doing a recolor re-release of the Hiss)

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying it’s all terrible, but some people act like everything hinges on the pronoun use, while I still think it’s more of an imperfect fix to make language more inclusive

A Newsmax host defended ICE agents shooting a minister in the head with a pepper ball by falsely claiming he was “actually an antifa member masquerading as a pastor.”

Nothing says “America First” like letting another country put an Air Force base in Idaho

Moving the needle much with either. Also, the change is harder for some, just because it makes changes that are somewhat big divergence. I was taught they them was grammatically incorrect to apply to an individual
kevinzig.bsky.social
The problem with the whole pronoun language, is that it comes the wrongheaded notion that you can fix social issues with just changing the language. Ppl outright rejected Esperanto, which tried to create a fusion language. And I don’t see the use of Native American or African American

Also, too many on the left think you’ve got to be a strong believer in every aspect of their stance, but we’re all individuals, no two people agree on everything. I’m not happy with everything the Ds do, and definitely would like them more Progressive, but being mediocre isn’t a high crime either

The Letitia James and James Comey cases are two sides of the same coin:

Trump isn’t hiding his weaponization of the criminal justice system, he’s *flaunting* it, hoping to instill fear in critics and prosecutors.

The corruption is the point. www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddo...
The one thing the Letitia James and James Comey indictments have in common
Both cases are brazenly and transparently corrupt, for the sake of brazen and transparent corruption.

One thing I can recommend, is not to look down at your phone. Most of my own back issues have cleared up since I’ve been doing this, as has most of my arthritis. The neck is supposed to bend backwards, so looking down isn’t great when done too often

Although, I will say that I have this problem less since I switched to a cervical pillow. They all tend to look weird, but I’d definitely recommend one. I currently use this one
No link, because I don’t want you to think I’m trying to sell you something. Just do a search for Cervical pillow. If you want this one, it’s a Zamat

Have you tried the related condition where you can’t sleep & just end up eating instead? It’s called insom-nom-nom-nom-nia.

If it wasn’t for that really dumb pivot in the turret, you might have a point. As it is, it fails the one thing a tank is supposed to do. And the turret itself could have looked a bit better. Molded in a hatch & other parts to make it seem more like an actual vehicle.
