Hey, remember me? I got very sick recently and getting better is going slowly, during my busiest season.

If we learned something from Ozzy and his getting his one big farewell show, is that we need to give people their flowers while they are still with us. Celebrate your beloveds and tell them every day. This floating rock lost a titan today.
You can tell I was raised by a bunch of nerds, because having my art at the library cafe is just as exciting as having it in a fancy gallery. You can get a latte, a painting, and check out books ALL AT ONCE. Downtown Central Library, Austin.

Once again reminding you that Texas had more Harris voters than every state besides California. Your bullshit “lol Texans are dying lmao” posts ain’t fucking it and you can unkindly go fuck yourself if that’s your reaction to children dying.
My gay art made of trash is in a show that opens Friday. I made 13 pieces of work about Pride and queer joy and I made it all from upcycled/salvaged wood.

Artist will spend untold hours on a thing expressing themselves and it’s just a bunch of people being like “tell me what you mean by this.”

Look at it, that’s what I mean.

I hope everyone has a Pride tied to the original meaning:

- ACAB
- Bodily autonomy now and forever
- Fuck love, this is about freedom
- Queers bash back
- You can't kill us all

Black and brown trans folks, particularly trans women, got us here. Pay some respect. Don't fall for the scams.
I got caught outdoors in that insane storm yesterday in Austin, TX. Here's immediately after.
I started painting this XXL Death card in 2020, abandoned it, got it out last night to show a friend, and now my tiny pink dog thinks she is invisible behind it as I have my morning banana that she really really wants.
You can find these Tarot cards I laser etched and hand painted at @dejavuesoterica.bsky.social in San Antonio!
We’re proud to carry an array of decks, books, and other tools to help those on their Tarot journey, as well as host some of the region’s best readers at the shop! 🃏

Happy World Goth Day! Let's picnic at the graveyard!
Making custom pins for my friend Ginger Snaps, who is performing an orca aerial act at the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Vegas next month.
Murderbot earrings for @MarthaWells.com! I got to go to the watch party last night & celebrate with the found family group, & of course I had to make Martha a pair of earrings. I also made a book shaped gift box with a living hinge because I am nothing if not extra.

I'm thinking of making up some bullshit jargon to drop, maybe some Star Trek tech specs. Just to see if they act like they know what it means.
I've been lasercutting professionally almost 12 years now and most markets I do a straight man will try to catch me out or something with a technical question. I can see it in their face. They usually have no idea what they are talking about.
I'm warming up every day by painting a 1.5 inch tall boot I laser cut from scrap wood. I've done 22 days in a row, goal is 100!
This is especially good because the adinkra on the back of the garment symbolizes learning from the past!

You don't need to go to art school to be an artist, you just have to be willing to be spiritually, financially and emotionally shoved in a barrel and kicked down a very big hill
So far my approach of applying for everything has led to a lot of rejections.
