The game is very handholdy at the start, but the combat is a lot of fun and I love having a Pokémon finally actually follow you around

Even if it doesn't look great when you get into the details, it still looks graphically better than whatever the fuck was going on in S&V

It absolutely felt like it partially misunderstood why people loved the first game so much

Every port of the first game gradually making the performance worse and introducing more bugs didn't suddenly make them more acceptable lmao

It is very good that Discord seemingly built their initial game list from games/apps that show up in their activity feed and somehow pulled the box art for Dolphin for the 2600 when everyone is actually running Dolphin the Emulator. I hope they never change it.

TCG Pocket was a lot of fun for the first couple of months, when the new releases were spaced out more so you could reasonably get *close* to completing a set if you had the subscription

Then they started coming out monthly
