Since Link is banned, his mutual aid Fridays have gone with him. This was one of the most altruistic things I’ve seen anyone on this site do.

Interesting. For 2 days Bsky will not work in multiple browsers or over wifi but cellular data works. Seeing multiple reports of this on reddit and down detector. I have opened a ticket but find it fascinating.

This is really important and I strongly urge my fellow religious studies scholars whether citizen scholars or affiliated with an institution to embrace this. Learning about liberation theology within Christianity opened my eyes. Read Rosemary Ruether or Sallie McFague.

I'm going to explain something that hopefully lands on intelligent ears. Creating division between Trump's Christians and other denominations is essential to breaking the cult and poisoning the idea of "christofascism".

That's not your queue to declare "I'm not Christian" or "I'm atheist."

Back in the 90s, my mom, a career RN and nurse educator who LOVED her job working with geriatric patients, told me not to go into nursing. Both she and my aunt (CNA) insisted I find another line of work because of the long hours and low pay then. It's only gotten worse.

Okay. Thanks. I figure it's just the job market. I have over 20 years' experience in customer service/tech support along with mortgage processing and have applied for a variety of customer service or mortgage related jobs and some tech ones and not even hearing crickets back. Very frustrating.

Okay thanks. I'm also wondering if my boss not returning phone calls could be another reason why I'm not getting calls for interviews? Because they have basically washed their hands of the business. I'm lucky to get paid more or less around payday.

Question - is it okay to put on my resume that the company will most likely be closing (the owners have been driving it into the ground since 2019) and that I work part time now. Because I get the feeling that for jobs on Indeed that only take my resume they see tech support role, assume FT and pass

Having just read Sallie McFague's theories of the Earth as God's body, she uses a Limited model for God. (i.e. the planet has limits which means God must have limits otherwise he would have created infinite resources) so there would be limits to any part of God. There's a theological basis for this.
