Yea, they also had to go ask someone but it seems like as long as I get one tomorrow I should be all good 🤞 which is a relief because after hours when you live on the coast is a PAIN.

Are tetanus injections like.. urgent? I cut myself fairly deep yesterday with my saw that I use in the field.. and it turns out my last one was 8 years and a booster is recommended for after 5 years.. do I need to go to after hours? Or can I wait til tomorrow? 😬

Okay so you just know national are gonna try (in future) to call a statute of limitations on bringing up the ferries as an example of their poor economic mismanagement, so can we just agree now that that limit will be.. a year for every $1 million they wasted.. or maybe we should be nicer...

There's a guy staying at the house atm who keeps leaving the toilet seat up and watches videos out loud and ATE ALL MY CHICKEN NUGGETS (okay they weren't MINE but I wanted them for dinner and he cooked most of a packet of chicken nuggets for himself 😭) and I can't WAIT to have my own motel room!

But increasing yours (min 4% from 3%) so your overall pension wont be worse off* ( *outside a 10%ish of us)

But your pay packet will be lighter, this by a gov 'laser focused' on the cost of living

Yesterday I was working with three other women and when we rocked up to the property the farmer came out to say hi and he asked to be out by 4 so he could take his cows to milking and then he's like 'cos you know what women are like, once they get angry they stay angry' and we're all just like.. ...

Oh my god guys it's made. Or like, almost. I have to hem the skirt and finish the adjustments for the bodice but I made a dress! Or at least, a two piece (I think I am going to keep it like that for now, it's pretty cute..) I've got like a little adrenalin rush this is so cool.

Hmm.. trying to decide how to do the waistband on my dress.. it's fiddly, and I could potentially maybe possibly do it so it ends up being a two piece instead of a full dress.. but just it's so fiddly. I haven't done anything like this before. Wishing I had done a practise dress like I planned 😅

So I cut the lining and sewed it all up and did the darts and now the bodice is ~finished, but it's at least an too wide on the shoulders so I kinda gotta take the arms and the shoulders apart now to make it fit nicely.. but first I think I should sew the skirt together to see how it looks.
