So much of how we're taught to interact with our health is based around fear.
Fear of gaining weight, fear of getting older, fear of being unattractive, fear of getting sick, fear of losing control.
Finding actual pleasure in using our bodies needs to get more of a spotlight.

Have a kid under the age of 10? Big shout out to the game Tock Tock Woodman. I have no idea if it's even still in print, but it's a wonderfully easy game to pick up.
Also fun if you're at a gathering of tipsy friends who would love to knock stuff over.

Heating pads are so easy to make and have been my #1 way of cutting down on student visits to the nurse. Rice, a sock and some soft fabric - That's all it takes to make a cuddly little tool that gives both physical and mental comfort.

If any more of my coworkers ask me if we're "doing anything" with our students for Thanksgiving, I'm going to blow up.
I don't know, man, did YOU plan anything? Did YOU buy ingredients to cook or crafts to make? Did YOU get admin approval?
