No Kings Day was one of the largest days of protest in US history. From deep red small towns to our largest cities, millions of people turned out to make it clear that the American people will not bow to fascism. #NoKings

DOGE cut off payments for the electricity, cell phone, and internet service of U.S. government employees who work in a high-risk area in Central America.
Meanwhile, DOGE apparently plans to spend $25,000 to install a washer and dryer for their own personal use in a federal office building in DC.

In ruby red Shenandoah County VA, we had 70+ of us at an "overpass rally" for Ukraine. We were blown away (almost literally; it was gusty cold) by the supportive honking by I-81 truckers and cars as well as local traffic on Rt. 42. Slava Ukraini!

Today we had district-wide protests at Cline VA6 offices, demanding a town hall. The middle of a workday. At each of the four locations (Winchester, Harrisonburg, Staunton, Roanoke), there were well over 200 people. Candidate Ken Mitchell showed up in Winchester.

They now have access to USAJOBS, the federal hiring portal where applicants submit personal details such as Social Security numbers, home addresses, and employment histories.
