My 2nd grader brought home the Texas Studies paper on Patriotic Symbols today. It says the rose is our national flower, symbolizing life, love, devotion, beauty, & eternity. Then it mentioned the White House Rose Garden, and I was reminded that that garden is a fucking patio now.

Feels like this should fall under that "written or electronic threats to kill or do bodily injury" charge, but I guess we only arrest people for that if it's done while begging your insurance company to cover the cost of healthcare...
