Hard to believe that this is legal from a ‘working’ MP. It’s certainly not appropriate - although unlikely Farage’s fabled ‘moral compass’ would be undermined by that. Pure brilliance from @ledbydonkeys.org

I voted last night for the biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation.

Our members campaigned for it.

The British public voted for it.

Today, this Labour government is one step closer to delivering it.

So proud to have the backing of @communityunion.bsky.social to be Labour’s Deputy Leader.

This campaign isn't about contesting the past - it's about shaping the future.

Together we can deliver the change voters want to see and secure a second Labour term.

I am running to be Deputy Leader of the Labour Party.

As a proud working-class woman from the North East, I have come from a tough council street all the way to the Cabinet.

I will be a strong voice to unite our Party, take the fight to Reform, and deliver for our country.

I was really proud that we included Hillsborough Law in our first Kings Speech. The PM and Ministers have collaborated and worked with families and campaigners to publish this important Bill today.

We should all be really proud of this Bill and the culture change it will bring.

Nice thread @sebastiansalek on the myth of the ‘inevitability’ of Reform winning the next election. It would be better that broadcasters took a more balanced view, but if they do opt to platform Reform they should at least interrogate them. Brexit, anyone?
Reform’s polling lead is astonishingly brittle.

The headline numbers may look impressive, but the underlying data reveals a fundamental weakness.

Thoughtful analysis by @soozuk.bsky.social of what must have been a parody performance by Jenkyns at the Nige show. She omits to remind us that if you watch it, you’ll never sleep soundly again.
🧵Andrea Jenkyns coming out on stage singing: a short analysis.

Firstly: the sequin jumpsuit is🔥. It suits her. But it's also more conservative than she wants us to think it is. Long sleeves. Only a tiny bit of skin on show. It's not remotely daring, it's just sparkly. And the flag broach? Too big.
