Sure feels like October now. Consecutive mornings with a hard frost and low temps of 1.8°C and -.6°C respectively. This morning's low of -.6°C was our coldest temp since April 23.

We concluded the rain event with 19.8 mm of rain. Not bad. Much needed.
In addition to today's 15 mm of rain, it's also been a little gusty - with gusts topping out at 43.5 km/h out of the SW.

After a fairly cool stretch of weather for portions of the U.S., temperatures will be on the rise this week. That trend will continue into mid September. The exception being eastern portions of the country with a near to below normal signal. Here's the 8-14 day temperature outlook (Sept. 15-21).👇

An additional 4 tornadoes have been confirmed by NTP for Quebec from June based on satellite imagery review. There was 1 EF2 tornado and 3 EF1 tornadoes.

This morning's low temp of 4.4°C was our lowest temp since May 20 of this year.
Winds have picked up over the past hour, with an hourly average of 21 km/h, and a gust of 48.3 km/h.
Now that we've concluded meteorological summer, here's how it shaped up...

Avg temp - 20.8°C
High temp - 33.3°C, July 16
Low temp - 6.1°C, June 2

Avg monthly rainfall was 42.3 mm. Wettest month was August, driest was July.
The warmest stretch of the month occurred on Aug 10, 11, and 12. During this period, the average temp was above 25°C, and highs exceeded 32°C.
We also had 21 days above 25°C. The average min temp was 14.4°C, and the average high temp was 26.2°C.

The warmest overall day was Aug 12, with an avg temp of 24.9°C. The coolest day was Aug 29, with an avg temp of 14°C.
With the final month of summer officially in the books, here's how August looked...

Average temp - 20.4°C
High temp - 32.8°C, Aug 11
Low temp - 6.7°C, Aug 30
High wind gust - 45.1 km/h, Aug 25
Total rain - 62.9 mm

We had 2 tropical nights, 6 days of 30°C or above, and 29 days above 20°C.

75-year September temperature trend for Europe. It's as if something has changed. 🔥
A decent rainfall this afternoon / evening. We totalled 13.5 mm of rain, bringing this month's total to 61.5 mm.
Currently sunny with a beautifully gusty breeze out of the ESE. Rain dropping down from the north as the day progresses.
