Yeah so... Symbols' End gets pretty weird 😅
She took a step forward as if she meant to do something, but then she was looking at a wall. A gust of wind caught her, and she nodded placidly. She heard a pattering of water droplets, too irregular to be rain: it had been beaded on her petals, knocked off by the wind. The light had a pearlescent quality, sun hidden behind a screen of low clouds. Wind brushed her again and she swayed. Her garden was a safe and peaceful place.

We have other shops: a vender of quality denims and shoes, a video store, a family owned hardware store, tobacco shop, a one screen theater, our central hotel that accommodates guests and visitors with a spacious main floor bar and a total of five second floor rooms, and two gas stations on either end of town.

At this point, Jude is trying to hide from Gabe's streaming camera, which is attached to his chest. Gabe isn't trying to save him from his impressive pecs or anything.
Ghosted WIPSnips: Dominant The glow inside the old house’s front hall was welcoming, even if the rest of it decidedly wasn’t. It was incredible that the aged electrics worked at all. That they could splash so much light across the rotting wood panelling and piebald tiles crazed by spiderweb cracks where they weren’t missing entirely was a fucking miracle. Gabe shifted his bag on his shoulder and stared around himself. The hallway was huge, dominated by a decaying set of stairs lined with a stair runner that might once have been red, and lit by unexpectedly pretty Art Deco wall fittings. “Did you do this?” He asked, making sure not to angle his chest towards the man beside him. Jude shook his head. “Huh. I guess someone else got here first. You didn’t see anyone?” Another shake.

Writing Tip:
Familiarize yourself with your writing program. Don't just settle with understanding how to bold or italicize. Learn the more nuanced parts of the program. There WILL be something in there that will save you hours upon hours of work. Work smart, not hard.

I can't stress enough that you should take every opportunity that comes your way to support your local public libraries. Many of them are currently struggling and are being DEFUNDED. Local action matters on this front. Don't sit back until those libraries are gone before taking ACTION.
