I took some Lion's Mane and washed it down with an oat milk latte, and now I'm sitting at my computer looking like the Kermit meme.
If anyone would like to donate camera equipment (lenses, bodies, gear, film, studio set ups, ANYTHING), please let me know. I am desperate to create, and not to proud to say I need help. My current finances won't let me be as great as I know I can be.

Just spent the last 90 mins freezing all my credit reports, Lexis Nexis, and Innovis, because I get almost as many emails about breaches as I do spam. Privacy does not exist in a digital world.

And this is EXACTLY why #DiasporaWars are pointless.
They can’t tell the difference between a Somali man or Black man. Guess what? They really don’t care either.
Some of the stories in here are absolutely chilling. One US citizen of Somali descent was just riding an elevator with ICE agents and then they detained him for almost half an hour in the freezing cold despite him showing agents his passport card. They only let him go once protestors showed up.

2025 is determined to take me out, on every level possible. My 50mm lens is stuck on my Canon; I can't remove it, and it won't focus. I don't want to use brute force to take it off, and I cannot afford to replace any of it. My camera is my heart, and now, everything is broken.

Honestly, people calling creators the "petite bourgeoisie" makes me want to snap.
We're working folk. And we work really hard. For next to nothing.
