Also the gender affirming surgery I tried for over a year to get is not only not covered by insurance but also apparently not surgically possible so fuck me I guess.

I feel like I’m always this close 🤏🏻 to a panic or anxiety attack that will spiral my physical health so bad that I’ll end up in the ER. It’s happened too many times before and with everything *gestures the air* going on, I’m scared of getting worse.

I thought my light sensitivity from autism. was bad. Dear lord did ME dial it up to 11.
Blackout clingfilm/ curtains on the windows. Covered every little device light with electrical tape.
And still, the light seeping through the cracks in the door is painful 😣

Disabled people are forced into legislated poverty.
They can't have assets exceeding certain dollar amounts. Most benefits are means tested. Many can't inherit.
They're also forced to give up their benefits should they marry. The system sees them as a 'dependant'
We need a living wage & autonomy.
