One of my professors was like “hurry someone find Alex!” Bc i didn’t open the practice quizzes and missed one assignment meanwhile i got the due date mixed up 😫 but girl I’m alive!!! Also very excited that my second assignment analyzing the influences of my assigned artist/painting got a 98/100~

And honestly worrying more about how not to get on a mean persons bad side is more exhausting than just being on their bad side. I’d rather be on their bad side living life than be on their good side constantly walking on egg shells around them.

Thinking about how someone I used to know used to take pictures from ppl they didn’t like edit them “ugly” and used them as reaction memes in group chats. Or just take clips from ppls videos we knew and use them as reactions with the whole point being that the person looked stupid….oof

Maybe starting new anxiety meds at the beginning of this semester was a horrible idea 😭 but I have chosen to figure this out because I like feeling productive and not riddled with anxiety while doing basic tasks.

i honestly haven’t either but i had some peaches and apples lying around from our grocery trip and was like “hm…why not” it was so good so think i’ll be doing that again in the future. After some tweaks though bc it felt almost like a pie/tart filling instead of a dipping sauce 😅

the apple made it more like a pie filling but i was just throwing stuff together. OH and i added cardamom and a little nutmeg bc it felt like fall when i woke up that morning lolol.

for the dipping sauce i boiled a peach, cut it up, and let it simmer with some sugar, cinnamon, chilli powder. Emulsified it and added some apple that i blended up and let simmer until super thick. Honestly going to redo the sauce without the apple but might use that same combo for a tart filling

so anyways i made homemade double fried chicken tenders last night with a side of a homemade peach dipping sauce and fries. Tonight is kimchi jigae some scallion pancakes and fresh kimchi. Still debating on what’s tomorrow.
