Our friend the Gray Toad is closely related to our infamous friend the Cane Toad but aren't quite as large, only growing to five inches or so! That's still a pretty big toad! They live on the eastern Andean slopes of Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia! (photo by Omar Miranda B.)

There was a Cybertruck in the parking lot of The Fresh Market. I've seen them around town, but never stopped in the same lot. As usual when I see one, I cracked up. I cannot understand why -- WHY -- anyone would want a vehicle that looks like they drove it straight out of Minecraft.

It's good to have trade schools. That's a different thing than a liberal arts education.
Both should be accessible to people regardless of their wealth or social status.
A college education should not be required for so many jobs where it's just a proxy for actual qualifications.
