Per the transcript, Vance said, "What did the Christian settlers find when they came to the New World? They found a lot of civilizations that were murdering babies in weird religious rituals."

I think he meant that this was a widespread practice among many Native American cultures, not just Aztecs.

Human sacrifice certainly occurred in some Mesoamerican cultures, especially the Aztecs, and I believe in some cases children were sacrificed.

But I'm pretty sure that is not what Vance meant.

I've been a mentor several times. I don't understand the complaints of some other comments about the back-and-forth to establish a schedule. We always sorted it out in the initial conversation.
Me: "Here's my best times."
Them: "X and Y work for me."
Me: "Let's do Y."
Them: "Great! See you then."

There's a subreddit called "ChoosingBeggars" devoted to stories about people who have the mindset of "I want you to do me a favor and here are my conditions".

Thanks! I have lived in the UK twice, but once was as a student in student housing, and the other was as a corporate flunky, so the corporation took care of all the housing expenses.
