Massachusetts lawmakers just filed a bill to make asparagus the official vegetable of the Commonwealth.

Yes, really.

House Docket No. 5474 would amend state law to declare:

“Asparagus shall be the official vegetable of the commonwealth.”

A note about why Talarico looks like a Republican. It’s to blend in, in Texas.

Very early in my career, a higher up had the audacity to criticize me for wearing sports bras. Ever since then, it’s 1950’s undergarments, all black, low heels, and high necks.

In some ways, Texas is unbelievable.

I’m having to keep my hands off my phone in traffic. Matt Dinniman’s, “Carl’s Doomsday Scenario” showed up ready to check out in my library holds.

Just an FYI, the NM land commissioner, Stephanie Garcia Richard, stated the State Land Office does not have law enforcement authority.

Theyre seeking to partner with agencies who have ability/capacity to search the land.
