Italian voice actor Carlo Bononi was the voice of all of the characters on Pingu. A trained clown by trade, he used a theater technique called grammelot, which consists of "speaking" in a mix of babbled gibberish noises. He improvised all the voices live and unscripted.

This time it DOES show the reading disc gif while it's actually reading the disc, but it still reads too quickly most of the time, so it shows the gif for a minimum of a half a second.

Really good video to hammer home that yes, thousands of games release on steam each year BUT a significant portion of will be confined to the bottom of the ai/hentai sludge barrell.
