Huge shout out to the New York public library, I never removed my tag from my keys after I moved several years ago, I lost my keys the other day, somebody found them and asked the library and the library gave me his contact info and now I have my keys back!

This is a great time to remind everyone that US farmers are a lot wealthier than we think they are.
Most *small family farmers* are millionaires. And no, it's not "just because they own land." Their income is much than average- yes, AFTER you take out farm debts and expenses.

Malfouf Mahshi (Lebanese Stuffed Cabbage Rolls) by Zaatar and Zaytoun
Malfouf is much easier to prepare than stuffed grape leaves or zucchini (courgettes) as the leaves are larger and quicker to roll up.
