Fun Fact: It took me 1 hour more to crawl through Hollow Knights campaign and exploration...

than it did for me to become top 0,4% of 100,000 players in Hyper Demon...

Keep in mind, I have posted almost nothing positive about NG4 since its reveal

I just think if you are to be mad at the game, you should be mad for more real gameplay reasons (like me)

Ofc platinum shafting in favor of their OC leaved a bad taste anyway

With the recent info on NG4 out, my super hot take, is that it depends on the gameplay...

If the gameplay is good, then its good whether its Ryu or Yaku as a skin

if its bad, it could have been a total love letter to the series and I would still call it bad

Procedural generation is not inherently tied to synergySlop

Movement mechanics (rolls,dashes,etc) are not inherently tied to IframeSlop

You can take the good without the bad in a lot of things ❤️

Difficulty: Only one available/FULLY CHARMLESS

Too burned out to do the boss rush (only main combat content left). Really awesome moments in a sea of dullness, and a surprisingly good & interesting combat, that undermines itself
