I am excited to hear Sektori is good, and that it handles it's Rogue and RNG elements very well. And plan to dive into it one day

But I can't help but wish this sort of "roguelite (but secretly very arcadey)" was not the only channel Arcade games are allowed to exist in

After testing, I was finally able to figure out why "Evil Egg" sadly doesn't do it for me

The cursor is completely independent of the character movement, making aiming feel like a separate point & click layer, with no resistance or friction

The key thing to notice about these reviews, and reviews of Arcade games in general, is how its a critique of the Structure itself, not the gameplay, not really

The crime itself is it being an Arcade game, regardless of the games actual quality
Reading some Death in Abyss reviews, its a shame that every developer making gameplay focused arcade games has to deal with these mouth breathers
