I step into 2026 rooted in this truth: our love and our joy for one another is what will get us through.

2025 showed us local is where transformative change begins. I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished together and how we'll keep on fighting forward in 2026 and beyond!
Our 2025 Year in Review showcases how much we were able to accomplish during a difficult year but to also serve as a guide that sustains our mission and hope that together, we will win the needed victories for our communities in 2026 and beyond.

An ICE agent just shot and killed a woman who was nonviolently monitoring federal agents in Minneapolis.

This agent must be brought to justice, and ICE must get out of our communities. #ICEout

The misclassification of workers is wage theft. It's stealing from workers and the families and communities they support with their hard-earned money.

No employer should ever underpay their workers—especially not when that work is funded through generous public subsidies.

Christian Siding illegally misclassified more than 200 workers at 16 projects and failed to pay prevailing wages at 3 DC-funded affordable housing projects.
