So, we bought a house! Technically purchased on 2025/10/06 This will be our new home starting next week. If you're in the Vancouver, WA, area, stop by for a visit. We already met one of our neighbors, Dave, and his cute dog. But now comes the hard part: finish packing, cleaning (and selling) our Idaho house, and then unpacking. Whew!

Today is the birthday of artist John Forte (Oct. 6, 1918-May 20, 1966). He drew for a variety of publishers in the Golden Age, such as Timely/Marvel & Fiction House, but is probably most remembered today for his work on the early years of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
