In September, I stopped going to my therapist. I felt like that I had reached a point that I did not need to talk through my father's death any longer. Kitra was skeptical, but I told her that I wouldn't be going anyway once we moved in October. I also told her about my conversation with my doctor about stopping the antidepressant I was on.

I read But You Have Friends by Emilia McKenzie recently. It’s about her relationship with her friend Charlotte, who suffers from depression. It’s about dealing with loss but also appreciating those who come into your life. I recommend it.

Marvel comic books read. Imperial got a tad better, mostly for the appearance of ___. Exceptional X-Men continues to be unexceptional. I love how MJ makes her point to Gwen in Ult. Spider-Man.
