and launch Plenary Indulgence was Horoscope, but the buff would apply with a 20% chance and only from single target GCDs. lots of jobs had smaller instances of this jank or omissions from their kit as a result of the removal of cross class actions, they really turned it around by 4.4

i'm gonna go on an unprompted rant about 4.0 actually, so many traits were RNG based to the point of being useless.
SCH got a % chance to reduce aetherflow cooldown, turned into a 5s reduction per charge used
WHM lilies had a CHANCE to proc from GCD heals and would provide a small oGCD cd reduction

we probably won't know until two months from the expansion, and even then we won't know whether we'll get a repeat of DT where nothing changed ever or SB where they scrambled to replace their awful decisions with sensible design; never forget 4.0 lilies

i would like the mastery star idea they floated around being used to break jobs out of the timer they were given, nobody remembers that SCH used to have a 45s cooldown on aetherflow, but my expectations are low because when they aren't secretive in communication w/ players they're unreliable

i'm betting on two new jobs and a lengthy public execution of pictomancer during the combat live letters... and a bunch of 2 min followups plus tone deaf text on the job site.

Half of it is sass but I genuinely believe we're getting another two jobs, just waiting for teasers now.

I made toggles for the flower/sleeves of the Summertide Dress, because a quick search didn't make any turn up. If you use an upscale, there's a list of instructions I went through to make them!
