I’ve really like Giroux today

He has enabled a good amount of offensive plays from the 3rd line & PP2 thanks to some good ol’ smarts and general efficiency. Some of those even coming off forecheck battles he created and won before setting up a chance

With Windsor's loss yesterday, the Ottawa 67's are the only undefeated team remaining in the OHL at 4-0-0.

Not bad for the projected 19th place (out of 20) by the league's power rankings heading into the season 🔥

That penalty kill was far too passive. I know the Tampa PP is elite but there was zero puck pressure and more importantly all four penalty killers were at the hash marks or deeper

You simply cannot allow the opposition that much free time & space, especially given their skill level
