There's no corn in it, thank God. They are pumpkin cookies meant to be decorated with candy corn. Which would have been cute and thematically appropriate! But I couldn't find any at the grocery store so I used a different confectionary abomination: Hershey's snickerdoodle kisses.

I was in a cemetery in Texas and I saw a headstone that just said "Mrs. <So-and-so>" and I was mad about it so I said to my bf "look at this bullshit. She didn't even get her own name in death. Fuck the patriarchy." And he patted me on the back in solidarity. Except when I turned around... 1/2
