we had couple assignments that told to use ai and i did those old school way - having massive smart brains big dick and being smoking hot because i dont need shitty predictive typing plagiarism machine to do a task i can do in little time with no issues

i used to hate writing presentations but i was good at imrpovising and realized my prof was paying attention on eye contact, audience engagement etc & i got good grades and after course my prof pulled me aside & said he knew i hadnt written jack but he let it slide because i got the assigment right

but tl:dr: diet, cardio and core/leg workouts (i do upper body too but for waist, those)

honestly i been doing lots of walking along with gym, like abs and backs and squats and leg presses but biggest contributor has been diet and 15k steps a day. No need to start that heavy, i first started with 6k, then 8k, then failed 10k for a good while so i put 12k goal out of spite and now 15k
