Honestly this is the important part of making a TTRPG actually leftist: shifting focus away from individual heroics even if you still play as individuals who act heroically. I was in a superhero game once where we did a lot of focus on that we were kinda just specialists, not the whole movement.

So much "adult" western animation is just a kids film but they swear. There's so few western cartoons that feel like the adult age rating they have wasn't deliberately cultivated rather than the natural result of the thing they made. I really dont know how to get studios making actually adult stuff.

Marvel often forgets that while their white, straight characters that are the face of the brand are in-fiction minorities, having one lecture someone who in the real world where the x-gene is fake would still be a minority about activism - usually to tell them to be less radical - is a bad look.

my local comic shop has a corner of kids comics, and there's tons of Marvel and DC books. Also a lot of sonic. Apparently that whole section sells very, very well.

I've been a forum moderator in some form for nearing on two decades at this point. It took me a long time to learn that your job is not to create a comprehensive rules and then execute on them, it's to maintain a safe and comfortable space for the users. Rule 2 of the Internet is in full effect.

ive heard people arguing that he speaks out in favor of LGBT people but like...he still donates 10% of his income (probably, the amount varries but thats standard) to a hate group. That does way more damage than his words do good.
