Sometimes it seems like the chores never end, then you step outside to put the garbage in the garage for the next ‘dump’ run and suddenly notice the most amazing sunset (or sunrise); or hear the sound of chickadees; or see a huge flock of geese heading south…. And you sigh and just BE in the moment.

This may not affect you directly but Canada Post is a lifeline to many people still. I understand there’s a lot going on right now and this is just ‘one more thing’ but Canada Post is an essential public service and must not be privatized. There is a solution if the right people work together.

In a rural area I have no choice but to purchase some items online. I already drive half an hour to pick up mail. Not everyone has good internet connection and older and lower income people don’t always have computers to access banking and government docs.
