It's really not that hard.
Senator Ed Markey (D-MA) at the Boston No Kings rally today, wore the trans pride flag like a scarf draped over his shoulders and included in his speech. "Because here in Massachusetts, we stand for what is right. We stand with trans people because trans rights are human rights."

The change follows a Supreme Court decision last week, United States v. Skrmetti, upholding a Tennessee law banning such care.

Full-throated defense of trans people is a good thing.
I wrote a little about some of the little details you might have missed in this video and why it hit me so hard as a trans person this morning:

So proud to be representing these courageous patients in their first-in-the-country lawsuit against a medical system for stopping gender affirming care for those under 19.
Just in: WLP, Berger Montague, and law professor David S. Cohen filed a complaint against UPMC Children’s Hospital for unlawfully denying gender-affirming care to transgender patients under 19.

I just need to say this is brave as hell and an uncomfortable but necessary read.
Here it is. Please share it widely. I didn't do this because I wanted to be safe, but because I am determined not to lose my freedoms without a fight.

I'm doing this for you, America. Long live the bill of rights and fuck Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk was a bad person and his death is cause for celebration, writes journalist Evan Urquhart.

1. Trump threatened every hospital that provides gender affirming care to transgender youth.

Many complied and shut down their programs.

Boston Children's Hospital didn't. They fought back and kept providing care.

And now, they just beat Trump in court.

Agreed, even the term assassination is wrong. This was infighting. This was someone choosing that Charlie didn’t incite ENOUGH violence to non white communities, didn’t disparage and berate enough, didn’t discriminate enough.
Right? Does this person exist? Did they drag someone off the street to concoct this story? They had to have a tie to trans people somehow so they could justify their initial vile statements
How much did they pay that child to even speak?
