I've been using this funky little thing for almost a year now and it's pretty great; even has a microSD slot and usb-c charging. Mine looks the way it does cause I got an official leather case (comes with an accessory ring), but I sometimes take it out just to marvel at how pretty and pink it is!

With this basque cheesecake, I have made every popular cheesecake variation there is for my girlfriend to sample 😇
this is the easiest cheesecake to make labour-wise, but imo the most 'boring'. I love layering flavours and heterogeneous textures, and the basque is about a clean and smooth mouthfeel

finally got my coffee equipment delivered to Australia after an entire year, forgot how much I miss pour overs.
only thing I'd upgrade in the near future is a faster, more sensitive scale (my baking scale is off by a few grams consistently 🤷♀️)

to all my 🏳️⚧️girls out there, might be good to adjust your cyproterone t-blocker dose. I was prescribed 12.5mg a day (quarter tablet) but it's well-known that more cypro doesn't do much to inhibit your testosterone
went down to 12.5mg a WEEK and my T-levels are still incredibly low

Followed the 'no cracking' cheesecake recipe where you use a water bath, bake it at high for 15 mins, bake it at low for 2 hours, cool in the closed oven for 2 hours, cool in the oven slightly open for 1 hour, cool on the counter for 2 extra hours
