I saw a Cybertruck turn OUT of our circle this morning when walking Parker to the bus stop, and y’all the thought of one of those fucking things being on the same street as me gave me a fight or flight response.

I have one major criticism about Starfleet Academy that I CANNOT STAND, and it has nothing to do with writing, acting or plot.
Why the seven hells does the entire thing have this “sunset light” color grading?! It doesn’t few hopeful, it feels dreary, and the show itself is too good for that.

First episode of Starfleet Academy was pretty damned good! I’m looking forward to the “actually at school” episodes (it was a pilot and has a bunch of setup that had to happen), but I thought everyone in it was fabulous, and I think it’s good a good shot at being great! 🖖

Absolutely fabulous casting for Bones and Sulu. I’m glad we still have two seasons of SNW remaining, but I hope against hope for a follow-up with the TOS crew in place. :)
