Endometriosis Awareness Month is next month.

1 in 10 people live with endometriosis. Diagnosis still takes years. Access to care remains uneven. Research is underfunded.

Awareness matters, but action matters more.

Early diagnosis. Timely care. Better data. Real investment.

This is a necessary step for the Mill Cove ferry to work, and I feel a lot better about the project knowing that they're looking at this.

Locals probably don't want to hear this, but "Mill Cove gets the King's Wharf treatment" is basically the only correct answer if we're investing that much.
The Halifax Regional Municipality is launching the Mill Cove Land Use Planning Project to help create a long-term vision for the Mill Cove area and Bedford Waterfront. Learn more and get involved: buff.ly/u7pO2GM

Catherine O’Hara made me laugh, again and again, without ever talking down to the audience.

That kind of comedy lasts.

Her presence in film and television will be missed.

May she rest in peace.

Years-long diagnostic delays, limited specialist access, and long treatment wait times cause preventable harm.

Awareness without access is not care.
