So DEI is just about immigrants and people of color getting an ‘unfair’ advantage? Fine. But now your employer can underpay you, your insurance can drop you when you need them, and your kid’s school can just push them aside. But hey, no more talk about ‘equity,’ so it’s all good. 🤦🏻♀️
