Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

i’ve never worked for a coffee shop that wasn’t losing money and only one that wasn’t losing a LOT of money lol. maybe he just means starbucks idk. i thought this guy was supposed to be smart
It's so weird that we traded delis for coffee shops entirely because no one knew how much a fancy coffee cost and so they could just charge whatever for it.

i’ve been lucky to read a lot of books that have been eye opening in vastly different ways in the past few years but i didn’t know anyone could do what delany does in (everything, but especially) stars in my pocket like grains of sand
once a year or so i go teach a dance class for the club i used to be president of and take my opportunity to also get a boba from the oldest boba shop in town and also a libertarian hot dog and sometimes a late night donut
