But the past happened. Saying "I should have been there" doesn't help anything in the material world, just makes me feel worse, so instead we take action NOW. We reinforce the predator security. We reach out to our networks and form plans for how to protect our neighbors. We DO. We ACT.

And then we just learned about fucking ICE snatching folks from OUR rural area's walmart. It's happening everywhere. It's fucking despicable. I hate this timeline. Ashamed to be from this crooked-ass country.

We lost many chickens to a predator attack, including my bestest boy Brave, our rooster. He was such a good boy. I'm so sorry Brave. We'll miss you and how good you were to your ladies.
