Coming very late to #printpromptmonday with this big installation I made in 2019, Lesser Bodies. It’s about the collapse of chimney swift populations in the US. Not in the water, but I was inspired by the motion of water circling a drain.

This should terrify everyone. Title I funding provides free school lunches, teacher training, & more. The government is essentially saying, get rid of the programs we don’t like or we’ll take away your lunch money. Kids in poor rural areas stand to lose the most.
