I know this is a very disgusting thought, but I’m willing to bet they are missing foreskin.
I personally know people with Asperger‘s and autism. All of this is such an insult to such good people. It is 80 to 90% hereditary. I wish they’d stop with this nonsense.

Signs of the times in Chicago today: My daughter's school went on soft lockdown because of reports of ICE. Volunteers showed up at the nearby H.S. to escort people who didn't feel safe. Walking around, I saw lots of orange whistles around people's necks.
