A tractor or truck has hit a rail bridge near Castle Cary = a closed line, cancelled trains and a full platform at Taunton. On the upside I've ended up sat in 1st class for the short journey to Bristol.

Due to an admin oversight I let my 2yrs no claims from 2023 expire in August.
Got a quote taking expired ncd into account & got a price £50 over what it would be if the ncd was in date.
Checked a quote with zero ncd & it's £20 cheaper than using expired ncd.

I knew he'd be good but Graham Nash was fantastic tonight. The two new band members Adam Minkoff & Zach Djanikian really bright the instrumental & harmony goods to fill out the sound. Highly recommended. 👍

Excellent evening at Teignmouth Pavilions seeing the Phil Beer Trio with Miranda Sykes & stand-in drummer Lucy Piper. Mainly covers of songwriters they like inc. some old blues covers & great stories. Miranda did a lovely tribute to Danny Thompson.

I have my car booked in at Marshall Audi, Plymouth for a recall. I asked if they could stick my rearview mirror back on while it was in. They told me that I'd need to buy a new mirror as the mirror & sticky pad come as 1 unit. Really
