My friend Mark Mardell was chucked off his Turkish Airlines flight at the weekend because he had Parkinson’s and his son had asked for assistance for him. (He’s written about it as a public post on Facebook but the link is proving hard to share outside,)
I have been out and about today and, well, it looks like a hot air balloon has landed in someone's front garden. πŸ‘€πŸŽˆπŸ€”
Avast is flagging it as malicious as are a few other vendors, according to VirusTotal. Evidently false positives.

The majority of providers give it a clean bill of health but some need to be followed up individually.

The company that makes the ladders used in the Louvre heist has a new ad campaign.

"When you need to move fast," reads a banner under the image. "The BΓΆcker Agilo transports your treasures weighing up to 400kg at 42m/min - quiet as a whisper."

Microsoft introduced the Office 'Ribbon Bar' in 2007.

Which is 18 years ago now, and in EIGHTEEN years I *still* find myself having to Google things like "Where is the Find function in Word?", because 18 years later, I still can't find it, I still want to use the 'Edit' menu where it used to be ...

Wow, this is disappointing. This meeting was supposed to be a final confirmation of a deal agreed six months ago, and it would have been the first serious step in making the slow-to-change shipping industry cleaner & greener & ready for the future. The delay only hurts everyone in the long run. 🌊
