Pretty happy in terms of the #chemsky content. Sure there’s heaps less signal than #chemtwitter at its peak but also vastly less noise. And people don’t shout at me for my non-chem opinions and musical tastes so that’s pretty nice.

Growing up in Sydney in order to fit in I pretended to like League, but really football (soccer) was where my heart was, and what I played up until halfway through postgrad where I blew out my knee and also when thesis became more important.

Haha ~4000km across. But yes both due to politics and geography some states don't join in Daylight Savings Time. Queensland is always the butt of jokes because a referendum rejected DST in 1992. "It fades the curtains!!!" or "The cows won't know when to get milked!".
