To eliminate time wasting on throw ins & hamper the long throw tactic, have a law that states, 'the closest player to the ball when it goes out (on the team awarded a throw in) MUST take it'. No waiting for (Rice) to walk 50yds to take a throw in. @footballweekly.bsky.social @maxrushden.bsky.social
