They do help. I would say that as I run a sleep tea brand, but there’s a good amount of evidence. Best herbal teas other than valerian for sleep are passionflower and lavender IMO.

This article is correct - for now. This will change when the campaign for the next general election starts by which time a) Trump will have left office and b) a desperate Labour party uses rejoining / closer alignment with the EU to rally support.

It really is terrible, and also expensive. For the same price as a Nespresso machine you can buy a decent actual espresso machine. Better coffee, a fraction of the price for the coffee itself, and much less waste

Firms can list where they want. So if New York appears more attractive (for eg higher valuations, better economy) to a UK tech firm then that’s where they’ll go.
