If the Insurrection Act is invoked to defy a court order, it would be unlawful, unconstitutional, and unenforceable, and would trigger:
• Immediate injunctions;
• Noncompliance by the military;
• Congressional impeachment;
• Possible invocation of the 25th Amendment.

That is, according to the law.
