Donald Trump has not assembled a “Board of Peace” for Gaza.

He has assembled a Board of Occupation.

The future of Gaza is not up to Trump, Blair or Netanyahu.

That is up to the Palestinian people.

Yes, this will cement Blair’s legacy…

Keir Starmer did everything he could to be US poodle and his strategy has ended in total humiliation. Both him and Farage are puppets of a hostile foreign nation.

It's obvious that if someone is a bully - you don't just keep appeasing them.

Disastrous strategy by Labour.

The EU is set to launch a 'Buy European' policy

Trade unions have one test: does it expand good employment in Europe and strengthen our industrial and service sectors, or does it subsidise low standards and offshoring?

Getting TO the North East is not the problem. Thirsk, Darlington, Durham & Newcastle are well served by mainline trains. My regular trip to London from Darlo (240mi) takes about 2.5 hrs.
Travelling IN the NE is a joke.
20 miles to Darlo from home is 1hr 30mins on public transport.

Northern Powerhouse Rail plans announced to grow productivity, with faster rail commutes across Yorkshire, better journeys to the North East and route upgrades.

Major powers always use force to grab assets of other countries.

US has initiated 201 out of 248 armed conflicts since the end of WWII.

Vast swathes of the world destabilised to lubricate the US economy and boost corporate profits.

Resentment grows. There has to be a better way.
Donald Trump’s imperialism is the latest tool to advance the hegemony of US capital
Trump's policies are not isolationism. They're seeking to thwart the emergence of a multipolar world.

So yesterday Trump mused about a 3rd term, said ideally he'd cancel elections because Democrats are evil, and today it emerged that he's appropriated all the proceeds of Venezuela's oil industry

can we (ie number 10) *please* stop saying US is our closest ally.
