I love it when covers form a panorama. It's so cool.

Played 2016's K2 last night. A bit of a cutthroat race, where you manage your movement and acclimatization points. Sometimes you'll chose to camp at a pass just make the lower players freeze.
I thought mountain climbers were more friendly!

Well that's kind of backwards. I feel like games have been trending towards bigger pieces, thicker tiles, or just straight up giant editions (looking at you, Bezier)
Queen is using 20% smaller tiles as a selling feature for their new editions of old games.

Dinosaur tea party has been a birthday gift for every niece and nephew the year they turn 5, and I'm so excited it's my daughters turn.
She loves it. I love seeing her figure out deduction. Win win.

It's dismaying to me to see how many folks use the platform or advertise it on their podcast etc.

Everytime I look at board games and feel like my hobby is too expensive, Lego shows me that it could be so much worse.

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance is available on Nintendo Switch 2's Gamecube Classics. This was the first Fire Emblem game I purchased with my own money, and it quickly became one of my go-to comfort games.
