Note: It isn't a false positive for ICE to pull a person of color into detention who is a US citizen. That's the full intent. They want to denaturalize them if they're naturalized, or traffic them out of the country before any legal procedure, or just ruin their lives. They want to unperson them.
This article suggests that "around 95% of Somalis in Minnesota are U.S. citizens" and "50% of the community was born in the U.S." Gonna be an awful lot of false positives for ICE.

I wish there was a precedent for what happens when a demagogue picks out a vulnerable minority group and labels them as subhuman. I wonder what the next step is and whether any innocent people get hurt. And I wonder whether the demagogue's followers go on trial when the whole thing is over.
