We've got docs unable to give proper care to women, regardless of wanted or unwanted pregnancy, and docs unable to fulfill their Oath to someone fatally shot. Meanwhile, the #$BN medical insurance companies get to make whatever med decision they want based on their profit margins. W. T. A. F?

I have been experimenting with immersive reading. Kindle highlights the word as text to speech reads to you. So I read along with that, and it's been an excellent tool to keep me focused as I read.
And I struggle with that a lot, especially for longer books, because of my ADHD.
