I want Albanese to tell us what the Israeli President who signs bombs that blow up Palestinian families and denies civilian status to Palestinian children has to do with an “attack on all Australians”. In his own words. I’ll wait.

Correction, ABC News's Rollason is based in London. Seems she flew to Israel, then travelled to Meitar, a small Israeli settlement in Arab southern Israel, specifically for the dead body return story.

These journalist dead bodies went unreported by the ABC, this week: bsky.app/profile/aali...
The genocide continues. The targeting of journalists continues. The silence continues.

Albanese must lead a strong response to the Boorloo Day of Mourning bomb attack.

After the horror at Bondi we saw that leadership on violence and racism is possible with political will.

The same urgency is needed on rising threats against First Peoples.

this is not an isolated quote. The Liberal Party has clearly chosen Islamophobia and zionist narrative for its comms strategy again today. More from Bragg:

Interesting piece on how the arts have disappeared from BBC television – very similar echoes at the ABC theconversation.com/the-bbc-once...
The BBC once made the arts ‘utterly central’ to television – 100 years later they’re almost invisible
After British television was established in 1926, it went on to foster a productively rich relationship with the arts, but coverage has seriously declined this century.

In Minnesota, Alex Pretti was shot 10 times from close range AFTER being disarmed. It was not even an execution; it was an orgy of violence by a large group of men on one victim. The US executive government has descended into depravity.

The Greens are ready to work with the government to pass gun laws next week.

The rest of the omnibus bill however needs too much reworking to meet community concerns.

We need to keep all people in the community safe from discrimination and hatred, but good laws don’t come from rushed work.
