The Mark Carney government not going to comment on proposed US legislation to integrate Canadian and US border forces until Carney gets his official marching orders from DHS

Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree’s office declined to comment on Langworthy’s bill calling for greater integration.

“These are legislative proposals which have yet to become law,” responded David Taylor, Anandasangaree’s director of communications. “We’ll wait for Congress to consider them before commenting.”

This is openly genocidal rhetoric about trans people from a sitting AG.

I hate the phrase "kids arent that ambitious and have no work ethic anymore" Going to be honest, not much to be ambitious for in the world as it is right now. Housing isn't cheap, kids are exspensive, food etc. Rise of fascism is very depressing.The outcomes dont look great, give the kids a break.

Fire at South Carolina judge Diane Goodstein's home.

There was apparently an explosion while Diane was walking on the beach.

Her husband is in the hospital with multiple broken bones sustained when he leapt from a higher part of the home to escape the fire.
